Peppermint Mocha

Ingredients
- ¾ cup barista style oat milk (gluten-free)
- 2 tbs dark chocolate
- ½ - 1 tsp sugar (or sweetener of choice, to preference)
- ¼ tsp peppermint extract/flavour
- 1/3 cup hot strong brewed coffee
Instructions
- Heat milk until steaming, but do not boil. Add dark chocolate and whisk until the chocolate has melted and has properly dissolved. Mix in sugar and peppermint extract.
- Add hot coffee to a mug followed by the peppermint-chocolate-milk mixture. Use a milk frother for foam.
