Garlic-Butter Rosemary Dinner Rolls

Dinner Rolls:

• 300 g warm oat milk
• 35 g sugar
• 5 g active dry yeast
• 27 g olive oil
• 480 g bread flour
• 6 g salt
• Optional: Food coloring as per preference - Used here, color powders from Suncore Foods® (not sponsored)

Garlic Butter:

• 55 g melted butter
• 4 - 6 garlic cloves
• 4 g (1/2 tsp) salt

Other:

• 1 tsp dried rosemary

Equipment Needed:

• Stand mixer with a dough hook attachment
• Baking pan

*Approximately 40 dinner rolls used in the dinner roll tower: Stack dinner rolls on top of each other, start with a wide base, and as you move up, each new level should be slightly narrower than the last. Use toothpicks if necessary to hold the wider levels together.
