Cinnamon Pecan Granola

Ingredients
  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • ½ cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup crushed pecans
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbs pure vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350º F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Evenly spread the mixture onto the baking tray and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  4. Allow the granola to cool completely before breaking into chunks and serving.
