Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- ½ cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup crushed pecans
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbs pure vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350º F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- Evenly spread the mixture onto the baking tray and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Allow the granola to cool completely before breaking into chunks and serving.
