Blueberry Matcha Latte

  • 105 g blueberries
  • 120 g oat milk
  • 50 g maple syrup (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2-1 tsp Matcha
  • 35-40 g hot water
  • 150-200 g vanilla oat milk (or to taste)
  • Ice

Instructions
  1. Muddle or blend blueberries, oat milk, maple syrup and lemon zest until liquid and well combined.
  2. Sift matcha and whisk together with hot water until dissolved and well combined.
  3. Pour blueberry mixture over ice. Layer with vanilla oat milk (quantity as per preference) and top off with matcha mixture. Stir and enjoy!
